The PEPperCHIP® hMPV Proteome Microarray includes the entire proteome of the human metapneumovirus (strain CAN97-83), as well as selected proteins of the human respiratory syncytial virus B (strain B1) converted into 5,256 highly overlapping peptides. The microarray chip contains linear 15-mer peptides with a 14-mer overlap (shift 1) in duplicates for full epitope coverage. Moreover, the microarray contains HA and polio positive control peptides.
