Product Launch: Discover the PEPperCHIP® Allergen Epitope Microarray
The new PEPperCHIP® Allergen Epitope Microarray covers 4,022 linear allergen epitopes of the Immune Epitope Database, and enables the high-throughput screening of IgE antibody responses from serum and plasma.
The database-derived epitopes are based on 223 different allergens of 90 organisms that correlate with allergic diseases of the respiratory tract (e.g. allergic asthma, silicosis), skin and connective tissue (e.g. allergic contact dermatitis, dermatitis herpetiformis) or the gastrointestinal tract. The PEPperCHIP® Allergen Epitope Microarray further covers various triggers for food and milk hypersensitivity, allergies to egg and peanuts, penicillin allergy, drug hypersensitivity and many more.
The new PEPperCHIP® Allergen Epitope Microarray enables the multiplexed analysis of allergen specific IgE antibody responses in human sera for a variety of applications such as:
- Identification of unknown allergic diseases in patient sera
- Correlation of immediate hypersensitivity with IgE antibody profiles
- Comparison of IgE responses with e.g. IgG or IgA profiles
- Discrimination of multiple allergic diseases
- Cross-correlation of allergen specific IgE responses with pathogenesis
The new PEPperCHIP® Allergen Epitope Microarray is intended for research use only.
Special Product Launch Offer: The new PEPperCHIP® Allergen Epitope Microarray is available for only € 333 for all orders placed in September 2015.
