The PEPperCHIP® CNS Peptide Microarray covers 25 proteins associated with neuroinflammatory disorders (including several myelin proteins, aquaporin-4, alpha-synuclein or amyloid beta precursor protein) converted into 5,573 different overlapping peptides. The microarray contains linear 15-mer peptides with a peptide-peptide overlap of 13 amino acids for high resolution epitope data. Moreover, the microarray contains additional HA and polio positive control peptides.
