The PEPperCHIP® Influenza A Virus H5N1 Proteome Microarray covers 11 selected antigens from 12 different strains of Influenza Virus A H5N1 translated into 5,506 highly overlapping peptides. The microarray chip contains linear 15-mer peptides with a 10-mer overlap (shift 5) in duplicates for full epitope coverage. Moreover, the microarray contains HA, polio and c-Myc positive control peptides.
The microarray can be used for epitope mapping, serum screening or biomarker discovery.
